New Exploration On The Development Of Seedling Flowers In Taigu County

With development in urban construction and social economy of our country, seedling-flower industry is rising rapidly, it plays an important role in adjusting agriculture industrial structure, increasing rural incomes, improving ecological environment, increasing employment, and arousing the related industry.As a traditional agricultural county, the agricultural industry is ascending upward, and accelerating "four one" program, which is seedling-flower, facility vegetables, fruit plants, standardized farming. Among them, the development status of seedling-flower is very essential. Up to the ends of 2013, the area of seedling-flower industry had reached 11.3 hectares in Taigu. In 2014, the county government set forward a development strategy of taking reform as the guide, the innovation as the driving force, vigorously implement the "234" development strategy, as well as polishing the work thoughts of "agriculture, education, ecology". The eco-agriculture cannot develop without prosperity of the seedling-flower industry. So, it is worthy of analyze, study, and discuss that how to better extend strength and eliminates weakness, make full use of its advantages, seize the opportunities, avoid its disadvantages, cope with threatens, use advantages to make up for disadvantages, to make the seedling-flower industry stronger and larger.This paper understands the status, opportunity, and problems of other big seedling-flower origins in our country in details, and focuses on the development of seedling-flower industry in Taigu. We conduct multiple investigations of non-random sampling, questionnaire, symposium and interviews, to study the status, history, feature, typical of the development of the Taigu seedling-flower industry. We analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and threatens of the Taigu seedling-flower industry. We discuss the problems in this industry including:poor concept, low level of the management, traditional concept not suit for new frontier, blind imitation, professionals and capacity of innovation cannot meet the needs of market demand, insufficient funds from the government, restricted information service, flawed social service system. Combined with the above-mentioned points, we fully proposed our suggestion and development countermeasure. We hope this study is helpful for strengthening the consciousness and increasing the vitality of county economy under the new situation, and can be a reference of new socialist countryside building, as well as "Antique" beautiful new Taigu construction.
