China is the tobacco industry as a special industry of the national economy, over the years for the country’s economic growth and social stability play an important role in the development, but with the gradual integration of the global economy and China’s entry into WTO, the tobacco industry is facing many problems. For the protection of tobacco monopoly enterprises, the lack of innovation of the advanced marketing idea is the key factor affecting the development of enterprises. Therefore, facing the new situation of the development of the industry, how to change the management idea, adapt to the laws of the market, seize the opportunity, meet the challenge, to realize the sustainable development of every one is the tobacco people need to take seriously.The H from tobacco companies facing marketing environment as a starting point, analyzing the marketing characteristics of tobacco industry at home and abroad, China’s tobacco industry marketing status duo, existing problems, focuses on the PEST analysis of H tobacco companies facing the policy, economy, environment, technology. To develop a marketing strategy for H tobacco companies, including brand strategy, channel strategy, promotion strategy, network marketing, experience marketing and marketing strategy. This paper not only puts forward constructive suggestions for the future development of H tobacco in the tobacco industry, the Business Companies’ marketing strategy has a certain reference value.
