with our country market competition degree deepened, enterprise managers gradually realize the importance of human resources for enterprise management. Enterprise only fair, just and evaluate its performance, and implementation of matching the incentives to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees. But many enterprises while implementing the performance appraisal, but the assessment results can’t reflect the real performance of employees, instead affects staff’s work enthusiasm. For KPI as the basis of evaluation system design, can make the performance appraisal center on enterprise strategy, better service for the enterprise management.Based on Z company as the research object, this paper analyzed based on KPI performance appraisal system design, implementation, operation and evaluation of the whole process. According to ask questions, some researches on the train of thought to analyze and solve problems. Combined with the actual design from Z company KPI as the core of performance appraisal system, and demonstrates the process of establishing evaluation system of KPI performance. For the enterprise to build the scientific and effective performance evaluation system to provide certain reference.
