In recent years, with the acceleration of China’s financial market reform, domestic commercial Banks to set up the threshold of the reduced, many governments have sprung up many new commercial banking institutions. Community Banks as a mature financial market in developed countries the main commercial banking institutions, its development process show that community Banks is an important part of a country’s banking system, as a regional economic development and improve the people’s standard of living has made a positive contribution.Community based on the contractor’s bank as the research object, combined with the related financial theory and service management theory, from the perspective of service management, service management present situation and existing problems of community Banks is analyzed. Study found:in the contractor’s bank headquarters, in recent years contractor community bank service management level was improved, and in the regional financial market has a certain competitive advantage. In addition, the results of the study also found that, although the service management level improved, but the contractor’s bank community Banks still exist in the process of service management failed to promote the service management work, rose to a height of strategy for long-term planning service, and create a differentiated service competitive advantage; Part of the community bank service personnel less, resulting in relatively low customer satisfaction; Bank business process is complex, low efficiency of the service management problems. In view of the problems, this paper puts forward the strategic attaches great importance to the community bank service management, and constantly enrich the community bank service personnel team, continuous optimize banking customer service process, provide differentiated services to keep high quality clients, and improve the quality of the staff to implement the service management system improvement strategy. Finally, to ensure relevant improvement strategies implemented, this article also puts forward the relevant guarantee measures.
