Analysis And Improvement Of Key Influencing Factors Of Accident Cause Of A Brand Elevator In A Company

With the rapid development of national economy in our country, as well as the trend of rapid growth in construction industry. elevators, with the characteristics of fast, energy saving and convenient, have become the main traffic tools in high-rise buildings, and play a more and more important role in People’s Daily life.As the mechanical-electrical integration complex product, the elevators have special requirement in its environmental conditions, function, use particularity and so on. So once appear accident, the result will not only affect the casualties and property loss, but also lead serious social influence. So, analyzing the influential factors has very important practical significance. This paper use the research way of combination of the theory instruction and the empirical analysis. Through the analysis of domestic and foreign literature and the achievement of the research about the elevator accident, the fuzzy fault tree analysis are discussed in the elevator’s traction system, at last, the research found the key influencing factors of the elevator accident, Furthermore, the prevention and improvement measures are deeply studied.Firstly, this article introduced the traction system used by a company’s brand elevator, and the detailed statistical analysis are analyzed to find out the cause of the accident. Secondly, based on the analysis of the accident factors and expert evaluation, established the fault tree model of elevator’s traction system, performed the qualitative analysis, find out corresponding the minimum cut sets and the minimum path sets, which lead to the elevator failure phenomenon of all the possible fault types. Thirdly, introduced the fuzzy theory into the fault tree quantitative analysis,quantify the fuzzy failure probability of each event in the elevator accident,determine the membership function of the basic event.According to the selection fuzzy operator, calculated and confirmed the parameters of the fuzzy importance degree.Fourthly,through the results of analyzing the importance, contrasted and sorted the basic events of fault tree,so found the main factors leading to the invalid elevator.Finally,according to the analysis results,from three key influence factors,as traction machine, traction and brake cable,puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.
