With the development of our economy and the competition between enterprises, enterprises become more and more attention to compensation management, as a help enterprise to attract talents, retain talent and to contribute to the enterprise incentives, through good salary to motivate people at work enthusiasm and creativity, create more benefits for the enterprise. Compensation management theory development until now, has accumulated a lot of achievements and management experience, the establishment of the enterprise salary system, salary system and compensation plan plays an important role in guiding. To the design of the compensation system, involving all aspects of internal and external environment for the development of enterprises, especially to the knowledge staff is very important to enterprise development, how to establish a suitable for their compensation management system, and stimulate the knowledge staffs contribution to the enterprise to the greatest extent, has become the important topic in today’s business and theoretical research.Taking XD technology company knowledge staff as the research object, for the company’s compensation management present situation and the existing problems were analyzed, and try to design a system of compensation for the knowledge-based employees, provide guidance and reference for the company decision-making strata, the main research contents as follows:firstly, the thesis research background and significance, at home and abroad about the research of incentive method to knowledge employee compensation system and summarized, and puts forward the research ideas, the innovation points of this paper and the main research content; Secondly, this paper expounds the basic concepts of the knowledge-type employees, two-factor theory, achievement needs theory, the psychological contract theory and hierarchy theory of needs, etc; Again, in this paper introduces the basic information of the XD technology company and the main features of the knowledge-type employees, on the basis of knowledge staff of XD technology company compensation system present situation and existing problems are analyzed, and think the company compensation management is not science, compensation on competitiveness is weak, distribution, egalitarianism, salary system is not sound, with basic salary, performance pay within neglected problems; Then, the paper analyzes the XD technology companies pay system to design the overall train of thought of the knowledge-type employees.principles and objectives, can think through job analysis, market salary survey, clear compensation composition, the basic process to determine compensation to rebuild XD technology company compensation system of the knowledge-type employees, and knowledge workers in the company over pay satisfaction, salary incentive policy, salary reward and satisfaction survey found it in the form of survey, on the basis of reference to the market fair, internal fairness, pay and reward the basic principle of equivalence, will the company pay system is divided into new salary and benefits of two parts, advocate performance-related pay, post salary and welfare, the reasonable collocation between the reasonable adjustment if necessary, to adapt to the knowledge staff needs and enterprise development requirements; Finally, the paper before the implementation of compensation system of XD technology company to design the preparation and implementation steps are discussed in this paper, that to ensure the smooth implementation of redesign compensation system, the company shall also in the organization, management, personnel, system, enterprise culture and so on many aspects for compensation management of knowledge workers to create a good environment. I hope that through this study; it can improve the compensation system and the management pattern for XD Technology Company to provide theoretical guidance and methods for reference.
