Abstract/Summary:
After the reform and opening up, China’s hotel industry made rapid development, hotel group and chain business presents a develop trend of booming. Along with the developing trend of economic globalization, the internationalization of industry competition and business information, the hotel market competition growing intensified. How to make the hotel remain invincible in the fierce competition? And how to enhance the core competitiveness of the hotel, which is the main problem the operator should think about. Therefore, the study of hotel marketing research has an important theoretical and practical significance.Tianjin GJ hotel is a state-owned company in Tianjin office of Jiangxi province government offices, is a foreign-related two star hotel. It not only has typical features of monomer hotel,but also has the particularity of economy hotel. So if it wants to take an invincible position in the fierce market competition, it should analysis its situation objectively, formulates a suitable development to product, price, channel and sales strategy. This paper set out from theory and practice and uses STP and SWOT analysis, in order to determine an effective marketing strategy, and establishes the related security and suitable systems. This paper has an important significance, which try to maintain a competitive advantage in the fierce competition, enhance the core competitiveness of the hotel, preserve and increase the value of state-owned assets, achieve sustainable development. I also hope that will be a certain references and some guidance in same industry on my study in marketing strategy of Tianjin GJ hotel.
