Transnational Renminbi Flow Path And Business Innovation In Yunnan Province

Since border financial comprehensive reform pilot area started in Yunnan Province, based on the border areas, cross-border and the need of regional economic and financial development, Yunnan Province seize opportunities to promote much business, then made significant breakthrough in many areas especially in cross-border flow of RMB. Based on the statistics provided by the people’s bank of China branch in Kunming the author summarized the present situation of the cross-border business of RMB in many city of Yunnan Province, then lists the path that cross-border of RMB flow from four angles,and generalized and refined the cross-border business of RMB on the basis of the each path, finally put the foothold in the countermeasure and the suggestion of the innovation in cross-border business of RMB. This paper carry out further study by theoretical summary, concepts, and data analysis.:The first part of this paper puts forward the research background and significance, at the same time, classified the existing studies on the cross-border business of RMB; The second part analyzes the present situation and the characteristics of Yunnan cross-border flow of RMB; The third part made a system comprehensive analysis of the path and business model of Yunnan cross-border flow of RMB; The fourth part, according to the analysis of the third part put forward the problem of Yunnan cross-border flow of RMB; On this basis, the last part presents the countermeasure and the suggestion of the innovation in Yunnan cross-border business of RMB. Improve cross-border flow of RMB can’t depart from the support of cross-border business of RMB, only innovation can promote the development of cross-border RMB business, so as to promote the cross-border flows of RMB. Therefore, some policies and actions such as exploring RMB backflow channels in Yunnan province, issuing RMB bonds of local government, establishing RMB invest fund of local government, capital pools in Yunnan province, as well as more flexible border trade bank, establish the monetary market policy, will promote Yunnan cross-border business of RMB innovation, so as to improve the situation of cross-border flow of RMB in Yunnan province.
