With the development of Chinese economic, it is in a very important period for our minor enterprises medium-sized and small enterprises. For many reasons, more and more medium-sized and small enterprises choose the "go out" policy to fit the further development. This paper is focus on the "Hidden Champion" enterprises’ internationalization. About "how to find the way which fits for the global vision and requirement?"; "how to lead at the global competition?"; and "how to use the global development to influence the domestic developing?".This paper takes ABC company as example to analyze the "Hidden Champion" enterprise to go the way of internationalization. Based on the characteristic of "Hidden Champion" theories and analyze the international strategy of ABC. At the same time, this paper using two cases of German and China to give ABC some useful information and references. Using four main characteristics of "concentration", "creative", "prepare for global market" and "customer relationship" of ABC to find the way of global strategy.This paper through theories and relevant cases analysis, based on the characteristics of "Hidden Champion" enterprise, do ABC as an example to find the strategy of internationalization. From the analysis of this paper of ABC, it can expand the concentration to digital printing, concentrate the creative to match the global new requirements; promote its own global foundation to accept the challenge; and set a global customer relationship to know more from the global market. As a result, to extreme the characteristic of "Hidden Champion" can help the enterprise find the best way of global strategy and reach the high ambitions...
