Analysis On Countermeasure Of Organic Agriculture Development In Heilongjiang Province

The origin of organic agriculture originated in foreign countries,and the development of organic agriculture in China is quite different from that in foreign coun tries,which breaks many assumptions of foreign scholars on the development trend of organic agriculture.The rise of organic agriculture in China is later than that in Europe,the United States and other countries.Moreover,environmental problems were not taken seriously at first.China's organic agriculture development at the beginning of a period of time,almost at a standstill,originally by folk workers organize some environmental protection planning,and starting from the rural small area of publicity,but is not very recognized and accepted,until the ecological environment problems are becoming more and more serious,people begin to pay close attention to the ecological balance,and then focus on the question of soil degradation,sustainable develop ment,the development of organic agriculture back into the public eye.With the improvement of people's living standard,the traditional regular agriculture already can't satisfy people's needs,and organic agriculture not only has important significance in environmental protection,and ensure the food safety,has realized transparent process from field to table,in various ways,therefore,organic agriculture will be the future new train of thought on the development of Chinese agriculture.Based on the ab ove research background,this paper adopts literature research,field investigation method,SWOT analysis method,the qualitative analysis method,based on the relevant theories of organic agriculture,after analyzing the current situation of the developme nt of organic agriculture in Heilongjiang province,the comprehensive study of the advantages and disadvantages of developing organic agriculture in Heilongjiang province and facing the opportunities and challenges,and then puts forward the corresponding development countermeasure,to promote the development of organic agriculture in Heilongjiang province is of certain reference significance.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)Heilongjiang province is a large agricultural province in China,which has inherent advantages to develop organic agriculture,but there are also some problems: the continuous decline of soil quality caused by the input of agricultural chemicals,the shortage of water resources in Heilongjiang province,the shortage of talent reserves,and the weak technical support of organic agriculture.The increasingly expanding organic market at home and abroad,the policy support of organic agriculture in Heilongjiang province,the development of Internet + agriculture and the promotion of ecological environment construction have brought opportunities to the development of organic agriculture in Heilongjiang province,but at the same time,it is also faced with the challenges of low brand awareness,the impact of conventio nal agricultural products and the high cost of organic production.(2)Based on the deficiency in the development of organic agriculture in Heilongjiang province,put forward the following countermeasures: give full play to agricultural areas of leadership,quickening construction of organic agriculture industrialization,support from the government,perfecting the relevant laws and regulations of the organic agriculture in Heilongjiang province,improve the system of organic certification system,improve t he comprehensive utilization of water resources,attach importance to brand building.For Harbin,strengthening the foundation of scientific and technological innovation is the key to development,among which solving the problem of insufficient talent reserve is particularly important.Because the salinization in Qiqihar area is relatively serious,the development emphasis should be put on improving soil quality.Due to its geographical advantages,Mudanjiang region should pay attention to developing the export market of organic products.
