Study On Green Technology Innovation Strategy Of GH Power Plant In Inner

The structure of China’s Primary Energy determines the situation of the power energy, where electricity is generated mostly by fossil fuels. The continuous expansion of fossil energy industry worsens energy wastage and highly polluting emissions, both of which hinders the development of China’s electricity industry and economics development. Meanwhile, in recent years, environmental regulations are getting more and more stringent, the market is also getting competitive. Fossil energy industry would have to scientifically strategies its developments plans, make proactive adjustments so that it could avoid becoming obsolete. Developing studies regarding the future developments of fossil energy is urgent, realistic, and necessary.GH power plant of Inner Mongolia, the subject of study, is thoroughly analyzed, using relevant strategy management tools such as Porter Five Forces Analysis, SWOT, etc. The study delves into aspects such as the current situation of GH power plant, its development environment, green technology innovation, analyzed flaws in the development process of its corporate strategy, and proposed an comprehensive development plan for GH power plant.The study believed that the positioning of GH Power Plant should be involving two themes:"Green","Technology", "Green Power’are the goal, "technology innovation" shall be the mean. It should implement green technology innovation strategy based on the principle of "Advancing technology, Improving management, Creating value, Stimulating Innovation":Relying on the existing resources, through revamping the operation procedure of equipment, an improved efficiency of the burning process of boilers and a reduction of emission of atmosphere pollutants could both be achieved, further strengthening corporate’s competitive edges, achieving electricity generation that is environmentally friendly, and the incorporation of economics and power generation, eventually becoming a first tier power corporate, advancing in profitability, environment, and innovation.Moreover, after careful analysis, we propose that GH power plant should conduct its green technology innovation through "Energy Conservation" and "’Zero Emission’ of pollutant in atmosphere", and strategies accordingly to make sure strategies being effectively implemented, which will contribute to the future growth of the corporate.
