Design Management Study Of The Fossil Fuel Power Plant Construction Project

In recent years, the electric power market has been developed rapidly. Therefore, there is a great increment in the electric power construction projects. According to the investigations on the related project management theory at home and abroad, the present status of thermal power construction project design management was analyzed in this paper. And depending on the work contents and emphasis in the design stage, in order to improve the design management, the author put forward many ways such as strengthening design program control, establishing excellent design team, promoting optimization design in the preliminary design stage and introducing the earn-value management in the detail design stage, etc. Those opinions would be proved the design project management. The innovative methods in this paper would play a helpful role in the electric design project management.
