Enterprise developmental strategy, is a long-term developmental plan for the future development, and an important direction in the business to build competitive advantage in the market. Strategic management theory says enterprise developmental strategy is the result of adapting to changes in the external environment or internal environment; when the external macro-environment, the industry competitive environment, and the internal management environment changes, through strategic adjustments or strategic change will help enterprises establish a new competitive advantage in the future market competition, and promote sustainable development and growth of enterprises.In this paper, BT Heating Corporation as the research object, combined with the strategic management theory, on basis of the main problems encountered in the comprehensive analysis of the company’s current developmental situation and the development process, using some strategic analysis methods, such as PESTLE, Porter’s five forces model, SWOT analysis, etc. to comprehensive study the current external macro environment, industry competitive environment and internal management environment of BT Heating Corporation, and give the overall development strategy BT Heating Corporation in the future.Studies suggest that under some external threats such as increasing requirements of environmental protection, a high degree of homogeneity of energy products, increasing competition in the industry, raw material prices continued to rise, new energy alternatives appear; and-some internal inferior situations, like internal management system backward, poor implementation of cost management systems, heating base under severe aging facilities. BT Heating Corporation should seize the external opportunities like regional political stability and sustained economic growth, the market steadily expanded, more comprehensive legal protection, give full play to the advantages of company’s brand, customers, markets, equipment, formulated the following overall strategic objectives:centering on cost control, and using advanced technology to save energy, innovative management mechanism, scientific and efficient enterprise team operational method, following the concept of quality service, enhancing the company’s market competitiveness and influence, will eventually build a modern enterprise with leading cost, advanced technology, efficient management and quality service. In addition, in this paper, in order to ensure the overall strategic goal, BT Heating Corporation should divide the overall strategy into long-term strategy and short-term strategy, and make appropriate strategic implementation plan. Finally this paper put forward the corresponding safeguard measures, such as fight for government support, senior leaders formed a unified strategy, promote the establishment of specialized agencies, to ensure that the strategy has been truly implemented.
