Chinese retail industry has developed rapidly, chain operation mode has become the main mode in recent years, leading the development mode of retail industry. Retail industry has rapid expansion with the chain management mode, to meet the enterprise strategic planning in different areas to open up the market, but also to meet the distributed in different regions of the consumption demand. With Chinese opening degree, more and more foreign retail enterprises come in China, the competition in the retail industry is becoming more and more intense, from the evolution of market share competition is the competition of the human resources. In the increasingly fierce competition, talent shortage situation, fully tap the potential of employees, mobilize every employee enthusiasm is the key for enterprise to win in the competition.Based on the study of existing staff performance incentive theory, combined with the summary and analysis of operating characteristics and the performance of employees incentive status of chain retail enterprises, build the chain retail enterprises performance incentive model, and puts forward the application of specific measures. In the study of the characteristics of the retail industry, found that the chain retail enterprises incentive can be replicated, continuous adjustment, flexible and efficient features, but also has to do not have a deep understanding of corporate culture, incentive exists misunderstanding. The application of the performance incentive model, is proposed in this paper. The cultivation of retail culture, for employees to take the difference of incentive measures, establish communication mechanism and performance evaluation mechanism for effective measures to ensure the application of incentive model.
