Although the top management of enterprise has realized that knowledge workers play an important role in dealing with fierce market competition, and improvements have been made, a number of problems still exist. With the continuous development of enterprise, the existing compensation incentive mechanism cannot meet the needs of rapid development. Therefore, adjust and optimize the existing compensation incentive mechanism is imminent.In this thesis, modern human resource management, salary management and incentive theory are adopted to analyze and optimize the current compensation system, which are based on a combination of research methods such as document date, empirical approach, interview, questionnaire investigation as well as SWOT analysis, so as to optimize the compensation management, improve knowledge workers satisfaction and provide favorable support for knowledge workers.Firstly, read and comprehend large amounts of documents and theories, then analyze and summarize relevant theories and research status at home and abroad, thus establish the theoretical foundation.Secondly, select JS translation institute as the research object, and make a deep research on compensation incentive of knowledge workers in JS translation institute, then sum up the existing problems and the reasons.Then, anal yze vari ous i ssues to find out the reasons and propose opti mi zati on sol uti on. |
