Study On The Evaluation Index System Of The Development Mode Of Bijie Experimental Area

Compared with the connotation of the economic development and the mode of economic growth are more abundant, after the mode of economic growth, change the mode of economic development is a relatively new formulation. Report of the Seventeenth National Congress put forward "to achieve sound and fast economic development, the key is to make a new significant progress。Traditional way of economic development does not make the economy continues to develop, it is necessary to change the mode of economic development.This article analyzes the use of methods of measurement and statistical analysis, combining theory with the situation in Bijie Prefecture of Western explore Evaluation System in Bijie Prefecture of economic development, economic development mode research Bijie pilot area level. The research content of this paper mainly includes the following parts:(1)The analysis of the research background, expounds the research significance, the research mentality and the method of determining, introduced the domestic and foreign research situation, to construct a framework for the foundation for the research of this article.(2)On the way of economic development theory, the mode of economic development, the connotation of transformation of the mode of economic development of connotation of the relevant theoretical analysis, this provides the theoretical basis for this article.(3)The origin, the pilot area of Bijie geographical conditions, three themes about the effectiveness of Bijie test area at present, the existing problems in the development of etc.. Grasp the existence problems in the development of Bijie pilot zone, combined with the characteristics of the test area of Bijie’s economic development, looking for a path of sustainable development for the economic development of Bijie pilot area, and must be in the mode of economic development in Bijie experimental area for the measurement and evaluation of the degree of change. The third, 4 chapters respectively is the construction of evaluation the transformation of the economic development of Bijie pilot area index and evaluation of Bijie test area economic development degree.(4) Taking Bijie experimental area as an example to establish economic development, resources and environment, science and technology, society and people’s livelihood indicators to measure the degree of transformation of the mode of economic development of Bijie pilot area and the problems existing in the process of transformation.(5)The results of the study show that, Bijie experimental area after 25 years of development has made great achievements, but in the process of transformation in the contribution of science and technology and on the development of the apparent lack of resources and environment.(6)According to the research results before, put forward countermeasures and policy suggestions for the transformation of economic development mode in Bijie test area.
