Along with the social attention on environmental issues, sustainable and stable quality of cultivated land protection and caused widespread concern. The problem of cultivated land protection and food security and ecological environment protection, promote the cultivation mode, can effectively solve the tillage layer destruction, the decline of farmland quality problems. Conservation tillage can effectively improve the ecological environment of the local area, and increase crop yield, saving the cost of agricultural production. The farmer is directly actors farming activities, farmers’ behavior model directly determines the conservationtillage promotion and implementation effect. This paper will study on micro macro problem of farmland protection farming, from the protection of the farmer’s farming behavior starting, combined with the complex system theory, theory of cultivated land, farmer behavior theory, the protection of cultivated land conservation tillage theory, using the method of Agent behavior modeling, using the "bottom-up modeling system", through the influence of attribute information household heterogeneity on the behavior of the relationship, using Monte Carlo algorithm and regression analysis to extract the rules of protection of farmers farming area. The reaserch find out the relation between internal factors and farmers’conservation tillage behavior.The significance of this study is through the internal attribute information of farmers, farming behavior protection to predict farmers, and farmers can according to internal attribute factor, draw up the cultivation of incentive policy of protection. Large range for the conservation tillage promotion behavior, provide policy guidance and reference. The innovation of this paper is that, before the protective tillage research most stay at the level of qualitative analysis, research results and protective tillage using the quantitative analysis method, using the data of large sample survey, tedious process. The researches of this paper is using the simulation method on the basis of quantitative analysis, effectively reduces the scope of investigation, and simplify the complexity of the investigation.
