EAP is also called Employee assistant Plan, which is original from the middle of nineteen century and its movement expanded significantly during World War II. EAP is getting a certain spread and development among these ten years since entering China in Year of 2001.To do the better EAP localization applications, a large number of studies have reported on how China put forward their own views and outlook, but fewer studies to do the analysis from the view of enterprises. This study was designed from the perspective of business management, EAP localization applications to explore for the personal attributes of corporate personnel managers, the corporate attributes as well as the type of corporate culture. This study is from the view of business management to understand the factors of influencing EAP localization and do the discussion and analysis on the hinder the process. It is better to provide data base for the research of EAP localization and fill research gaps in this regard.Using self EAP penetration questionnaire and under its reliability and validity of effective test cases, this study is target at Nanjing region’s enterprises, with 180 valid samples, building self EAP penetration questionnaire and Cameron the rating scale of corporate culture as a research tool and doing descriptive statistics on the survey results, variance analysis, analysis of variance, after the multiple analysis of variance and effect analysis, statistical methods to study the individual properties and business properties EAP penetration and EAP the relationship between the popularity of the degree of a different type of corporate culture. The study found that the management of corporate personnel management work the longer the higher the degree of awareness of the EAP, wholly foreign-owned nature of enterprise EAP highest level of knowledge; the highest degree of use of EAP is nature of the institutions; support type of corporate culture gets the highest correlation coefficient with EAP penetration.
