Under the impact of the economic crisis, every country begins to develop to come out of the economic crisis and create new economic growth point. Strategic emerging industries are high amalgamation of emerging technology and industry, and they have strategic significance on economy. Developing countries regard strategic emerging industries as motive force of great-leap-forward development and one window of opportunity to catch up with the developed countries, while the developed countries see strategic emerging industries as a strategic choice of reindustrialization. Technological innovation is the impetus for the formation and development of strategic emerging industries, and it plays an important role in the formation and development of new industries. It needs to pay attention to the specific function of the development of emergingon the formation and development of new industries when studying strategic emerging industries. In order to improve our ability to innovate technology, accelerate the strategic emerging industries, to further promote Chinese economic development, it is necessary to study coordination between technological innovation and emerging industries.Coupling theory is a way to study coordination of two or more related things.According to existing literature, it shows that many previous research object is mainly focused on the resource and economy, urbanization, ecology, regional development of tourism and social benefits, there are not many researches on coupling coordination degree of technology innovation and strategic emerging industries. So the object of this paper is technology innovation and strategic emerging industries, it needs to take the difference of contribution coefficient in different life cycles into consideration in the parameter selection because of the particularity of technology innovation and strategic emerging industries.This paper studies the technological innovation and coupled coordination degree of five strategic emerging industries; then it takes electron and communication equipment manufacturing industry for example to study coupling coordination degree of technology innovation and strategic emerging industries based on the industry life cycle; Finally, it takes enterprise technology innovation and enterprise development as the research object to study the coupling coordination degree of them.The conclusion is that coordination theory applies to the study of the coupling of technical innovation and strategic industry, it should take life cycle of industry and its characteristics into consideration when selecting parameters. |
