This paper makes a comparison between Chinese, Japanese, and American culture, and also find out the relationship among Chinese, Japanese, and American culture, to disclose that the reason why it is so difficult for Chinese enterprise to setup its own enterprise culture, which has close relationship with Chinese culture. This paper divides enterprise culture into Spirit layer, Institution layer, behavior layer, and physical layer, and also includes the relationship among them. This paper sets enterprise H as an example to make analysis on the status and problems during the enterprise culture setup and enterprise operation management of enterprise H, and also point out the issues on the Spirit layer, Institute layer, and Behavior layer, and Physical layer. This paper propose its own opinion and suggestion for enterprise H for its future enterprise culture setup and try to propose creative suggestion for its further reformation. |
