Research On Private Self - Confidence Project Of Private Enterprises

Since the reform and opening up, China’s private enterprises get great development, has become an important pillar of the national economy. The most important is the business leader-the private business owners. Now the enterprise pay more attention to personnel and staff training, but the training required is the private owners, as the saying goes, a raging soldiers will bear a nest. Business owners’ style determines enterprise style, business owners’ personal quality also influences the development of the enterprise, and one of the very important personal qualities is confidence. Unfortunately, many people are lack of self-confidence in the private owners, which limits the development of enterprises, it seems so to improve the private enterprise owner’s self-confidence is very important and urgent. And promote a rapid and effective method of confidence is self confidence training. This paper first adopts the literature research method at home and abroad to some training theory and self-confidence training methods are studied, and the use of observation, discussion and questionnaire method has carried on the analysis to the private enterprise owner self-confidence status, and then combined with the theory, to analyze and study the main self-confidence training projects C training company of private enterprises, points out that the training program of the existing problems, and put forward the improvement measures:Based on the effective model of enterprise training, training needs analysis, training targeting, improvement of training program design, implementation of training activities and training effectiveness evaluation of main self-confidence training project, established a relatively perfect system of private enterprises to quickly and effectively,To help the private owners to develop self-confidence. Moreover, we expect to provide some useful reference for the further research on similar confidence training project.
