On background of the marketing globalization development, the enterprises of Chinese domestic industries have had gone abroad to find its market share, the overseas market has been into their respective economic map, how to expand the overseas market, become a top priority to promote the development of overseas business. By Study such a company like HPG, it not only can advise on HPG herself for the overseas market expansion, at the same time, it also can become the whole of China’s security industry market development to provide a variety of strategies for reference.In this paper, based on the theory of international marketing and promotion, it researches various problems existing in the HPG for its international market development.including seven chapters, the first chapter is to introduce research background and significance, in the second chapter, it indicates the theories foundation of this paper, the third chapter, by the SWOT analysis of HPG overseas marketing situation, to explore various environmental factors of HPG for its overseas market, the fourth chapter is to show existing marketing problems according to the present situation of the overseas sales, The fifth chapter, to design marketing plan according to analysis in the previous chapters, in sixth chapter, to indicate what measures should offer to ensure these solutions and plan. In the last chapter, it displays conclusions obtained and further research direction.
