In the context of internationalization, international marketing has become an important means to the development of major companies, expanding from domestic to international markets is the current trend.The international market has become increasingly prosperous, while many organizations market companies also had to face the reality of "few customers, intense brand competition",so how to develop the international marketing in the organization market,many companies are forced to think about this problem.This article in M’s case, combined with the actual situation of the company analyzed its internal and external environment through SWOT, PEST, five forces model theory, summarized M’s strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges in the current development. STP,Means-End Chain analysis conducted on the basis of M’s environment, then we put forward some suggestions, pointing out that the company should not only improve product quality,but also focus on brand management, take advantage of the current customer resources to actively develop new customers, develop brand marketing and relationship marketing actively. This article analyzes the international marketing strategy in the perspective of organization market, These suggestions also provide reference recommendations to the similar companies.
