With the rapid development of Sino-Vietnamese economy, the border trade are becoming more prosperity, so that the radio frequencies conflict in the Sino-Vietnamese border are increasingly seriously, we must take effective measures for the border frequency coordination. Only after survey the the frequency in Sino-Vietnamese border of Yunnan Province and study the Countermeasures, can it provide a basis for coordination of frequencies in the Sino-Vietnamese border, and can it provide some facts. Through investigate the radio frequency's status distribution in the border areas of Yunnan Province, the radio frequency signal interference, conflict situation and Countermeasures, provide the facts and the basis for the frequency coordination, finally, Provide valuable reference to resolve the conflict.This paper is under the basis of the the national project " The analysis,the management s'and the Countermeasures'study for Vietnamese of the radio frequency ",which was the Yunnan Provincial Committee of radio information Office committed Professor Zhao Dongfeng of Yunnan University to finished, it is a research result under the help of the group members. Papers is composed of two parts:the radio frequency analysis of the Sino-Vietnamese border and the countermeasures study. The research results of this paper,gives some important reference value to the coordination and resolving of the border conflict (in particular the frequency of the Sino-Vietnamese border conflict).This Paper is composed of 8 chapters:The first chapter introduces the recent six talks about the ground operations frequency coordination in the Sino-Vietnamese border point out the the urgency and significance of conflict study.The second chapter, first, introduced Vietnam's information industry development, and then mainly from the radio frequency planning objectives, planning principles, the organization and the implementation of the planning, analyzed and studied the Vietnamese radio frequency planning.The third chapter, the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter,first,according to the status of radio frequency stations findings, analysised and studied the station frequency radio frequency interference and the reasons of the conflict,then, form the community radio signal coverage status in the Sino-Vietnamese border, the harm and the economic losses caused by these, described the community radio signals hazards.The sixth chapter, first, according to the terrain characteristics of the Sino-Vietnamese border,analysised the mountains, hills and the surface's affection to the radio transmission and dissemination, then, based on the actual measurement data analysis and integration of theory, and focusly researched the interference characteristics of the radio wave transmission on the Sino-Vietnamese border.The senventh chapter, first,based on the first six chapters, from radio technology, management and system respectively,researched the countermeasures to radio frequency conflic in the Sino-Vietnamese border .The eigth chapter, sumed up the full text,and gave a expression about the paper's main research work, results and the problems, did a prospect on future study of this subject.
