For the past few years, the Wireless mobile network data traffic has increased dramatically along with the promotion of multimedia business such as the ultramodern videophone, the High-definition media on demand, cell phone network game and so on, in the same time, the rate of message transmission and the capacity of communication system also go through a process of augment. All of this promote communication system to get more bandwidth, capacity and obtain a faster rate to feed the requirement of the user. The spectrum resource of mobile communication is limited frequency reuse is a significant menthod in the new generation communication system to promote the utilization of Band resource.OFDM allows different massages of users attach to different subcarriers which are mutually orthogonal, thus avoiding the interference between the carriers and cells. But when refer to the problem of same frequency interference in cells, OFDM is useless. So, to promote the User Experience, the interference suppression technique in cells must be disposed. Optical and wireless network integration technology can meet the insufficient in the above problems, and this technology will become a trend in the further development of access network. RoF combining optical communication technology and wireless communication technology has made fully use of the capacity of optical transmission which include high bandwidth, low loss and the admission to wireless communication, it can be used in different modulations and carrier frequencies. With the development of the terminal industry, all kinds of communications business of different frequencies distribute in a crossed way, thus induce the interference between signals. In OFDMA, all of the interference come from contiguous cells. requency reuse leads to the interference between cells and reduces the performance in cells. this article aims to illustrate the reserch obout disturbance technology in the cells of RoF system, the main work and conclusions are as follows:(1) The frequency reuse technology in the mobile communication systemThis part of the content is the basic research for the algorithm. In this paper, the inter-cell interference suppression is based on the technology of frequency reuse, so the research and analysis of the frequency reuse, soft frequency reuse and adaptive soft frequency multiplexing technology play an important role in supporting the ICI algorithm. In particular, the soft-frequency reuse part of the cell radius ratio setting, power ratio and frequency reuse factor on the subsequent simulation has a great bedding role.(2) An inter-cell interference suppression algorithm based on soft frequency reuse in RoF systemThe RoF fiber link is introduced into the commonly used inter-cell interference suppression algorithm, and the theoretical analysis and simulation are carried out. The main innovation is to change the traditional single wireless transmission link for the optical and wireless hybrid transmission link, the reduction of the link loss and transmission power will improve the system throughput and users' SINR value is very obvious. The simulation results show that compared with the traditional SFR algorithm, the interference suppression algorithm by fiber link has an obvious improvement on cell edge users' throughput and access rate.(3) The ICI algorithm based on base station cooperation and dynamic power controlThe final algorithm in this paper is to combine the traditional SFR algorithm and CoMP algorithm to be an innovative dynamic interference suppression algorithm based on power control. In the RoF system, the SFR algorithm improves the interference suppression effect between the cell edge and the sector, and greatly improves the SINR of the users. The simulation results show that the improved interference suppression algorithm can improve the access rate of the users, the throughput of the system and the coverage of the base stations.
