Yunnan Urban Residents Medical Insurance Information Systems Research And Development

In order to structure a socialism harmonious society,to comprehensively implement the scientific development concept and to constantly improve the urban basic medical insurance system.It is the realistic important significance for building-up urban basic medical insurance based on the construction of urban and rural residents in the basic medical security system,realizing the overall coverage of the basic medical security for the urban population.In the thesis,we start from the development and analysis of Yunnan province urban medical insurance system,with the process of analying and describing the present conditions of Yunnan province urban basic medical insurance.we put forward the thinking of building an unified Yunnan province health insurance information system,to achieve the policy and business in the city's unity through the state municipal concentration in processing of data and business.In the thesis,we carefully analyse the demand in the parts of business process,system function,system construction,networking and security for the residents basic medical insurance.we also have the design in data center construction,business process,data distribution,database systems,network systems,security systems and operating envirnment according to the results of analysis demand.we make use full of constructed medical insurance of urban employees on the IT platform of basis operation and design the model which can coexist with the existing system model.In the thesis,we start from the business characteristics,we analyse carefully for the system structure of application systems,to put forward the stratification model of Yunnan province urban residents medical insurance information systems and to utilize MVC design model to implement system development and design.we also put forward an integrated design combining the existing medical insurance system in current days,to merge organicly the system with the existing medical insurance information system of urban employees.The thesis describes the parts of problem and handle method encountered in the processing of development and application as well as the system organization,development,deploment and maintenance in system application.At the end,it provide explanation on system application results.
