In recent years, with as CoolStreaming, PPStream, PPLive, Sopcast, UUSee these large-scale P2P streaming media such as commercial software, extensive business, academia and software vendors of these studies are in-depth performance analysis, has been found hundreds of million of users will be added to the software simultaneously to watch the video. All of these systems have resulted in hundreds of channels, to provide users with an array of programs. Currently existing P2P streaming media software will watch the same program the user assigned to an autonomous distributed among groups, the group distributed in the middle of the video data shared between members of tablets in each. The software there are some common questions: Channel switching, and video lag, and low temperature performance is not satisfactory channel resources, which has been plagued by two P2P step closer to the use of streaming media. This paper analyzes the existing P2P streaming model basis, and P2P streaming media channel switching delay and large P2P streaming media distribution channel resources do not balance, analysis of P2P streaming media channel handoff delay causes and P2P flows Media Channel uneven distribution of resources, the root cause, a cross-channel P2P streaming model that uses 3-layer structure, the user layer, middle layer of the distributed group, the video source layer, the middle group is on distributed the next 2 layer provides good support and effective solution to the P2P streaming media channel switching delay caused by the huge, low heat while more attention to the node, the ultimate P2P streaming media resources to improve the uneven distribution of matter and the model can effectively reduce the server load, server and client to achieve the optimization. In the 3-layer model based on the model proposed in this paper is how to dynamically allocated nodes, distributed groups is how to build, and how the interaction between distributed groups, distributed group to provide video to end-users of resources analysis of end-user delay in the cross-channel, the performance of end-users in the server performance of unbalanced distribution of resources, and related mathematical formula of; the last of the Opnet architecture, key concepts and core protocol, and designed a cross-based Opnet Channel topology P2P streaming media system prototype, the design of the cross-channel model for P2P streaming media compared the effectiveness of the simulation test, the test results are analyzed.
