| With the rapid development number of the equipment in TaiZhou Technology College,the safety has to be improved. Artificial way of patrolling security has been unable to meet our need, so the computer network technology together with multimedia technology and the traditional video surveillance systems are developed.Taizhou College video frequency monitoring system use digital video communication technology,H.264 compression technology and WinSocket programming technologies.System implementation is C/S design patterns, development tool is Visual Studio 6.0 and back-end database is SQL Server 2000.And the system has perfect reliability in order to meet the security of Technical College's practical needs.In this paper, as the background and software engineering thinking.Taizhou College video surveillance projects which is from the practical needs of video surveillance, deeply introduces of digital video surveillance system design and implementation of the whole process layer by layer. First, the concept of video surveillance, development, development of technology and other aspects of the current status of the general description is proposed and constructed, and then give a reliable, convenient and practical need for digital video surveillance system. On this basement, functional requirements and business process requirements together with the technical requirements demand are analyzed. Second, using software engineering methods to analysis digital video surveillance system overall design, function design, business process design, database design in detail.In addition, the main functions of this digital video surveillance system have also been described in detail,including device management, voice intercom, video and playback, PTZ control functions carried out in detail.The project has been applied in Taizhou Vocational &Technical College, which greatly improves the efficiency of security personnel, reducing accidents with good economic value and social value. |
