Henan Finance And Taxation College Network Library Management System Design And Realization

The rapid development of computer technology, networking and digital wave are not only a strong impact to the community but also to the traditional library management. By the reason of that the traditional library management and service mode can not meet the readers to the growing literature on information needs. Building networks of digital library management system is an objective requirement for the modernization of the library. Library is an important component of the university from which the teachers and students can access to knowledge. It shoulders the important task that to borrow books, literature search and other services for the whole school faculty and students. So how to use advanced information technology to improve library management and service level is a new challenge for the university.This thesis is about the whole process of the library management system construction in Henan College of Finance and Taxation. The purpose of the study is applied the basic theory of computer technology, network technology, management science to the various types of management of University Libraries, and developed a integrated Management Information System for small and medium sized university library. The system is divided into three subsystems, namely the management systerm of manage all paper books and information resources of the library, the management system of managing all school campus electronic documents electronic document, and management systerm of managing a variety of third-party papers databases off-campus access control.This thesis describes in detail the entire library management system analysis, design and implementation process. This article uses the object-oriented analysis method, using the description of UML diagram as the main means of using the ER diagram summary of the database design, systems analysis and summary of the preliminary design. System implementation, it will be applied to a program design patterns ideas concrete realization of the process, improve the system robustness and maintainability of the system deployment and use certain measures to improve system security. Paper will also present the popular off-campus access control technology to make overview and comparison, summed up the advantages and disadvantages of each technology, And select appropriate technology in order to achieve the university's off-campus access control system construction. This article also exemplifies the practical operation of the three sub-effects.The focus of this thesis is systems analysis and design, and this design idea could be the establishment of similar systems in the future to provide some reference value.
