Among them, 20 typical-in-study style students are filtered out and drawn in 2 research groups. Stochastic teaching method is implemented for group A and research is carried on the students of different phases to know the performance of students of different characters after completing different training programs. When rule is understood, the assessment part is added into current training mode for students of group B, so as to make character test prior to the initial training and make pertinent teaching plan. During the process, domestic and foreign psychology, teaching science and assessment method can be used as theoretical groundwork to enable the cadet pilots to be evaluated by their instructors in different training phases.According to the performance of students of group A, influence of students'character on the effects of different training phases can be studied. According to the performance of students of group B, we can see that the side effect of students'characters on the flight training can be eliminated when instructors consciously treat students with different ways. Eventually, we can obtain the common and pertinent teaching method based on the teaching rules and advantages of different instructors. The research sets the foundation for making teaching plan and provides the theoretical reference for improving current teaching procedure, so that we can make periodical investigation, adjust teaching method to achieve a better result.The significance of this topic lies in:1.
