This part analyzed the main frame and the function structure of the system. The requirement of the system consists of function requirement and non-function requirement. The feasibility research to the system is also carried through. Then according to the requirement analysis result, a detailed design to the system is processed. This part mainly consists of the database concept model design with view and trigger design and system classes design in detail. The next part is to descript the implement of the system which includes a detailed description to the important function of the system and introduction to the key technique. The user interface should be beautiful and generous, and in fact, the method to design a GUI of the B/S structure system is different from the system of the C/S structure. This part gives a detailed description of the related technique of page layout designing. The end part of the thesis is about test of the system, and carried on a summary to the development process of the system.
