Training Program Development, And Teaching Task Management System

Along with the development of technology of computer network, network application is becoming increasingly popular. That provides physical hardware support and the basis of wide application for various web programs as well as paves the way for scientific management and the transferring data to words in all walks of life. With social progress, the function of original application management software can not satisfy the basic requirements of modern management. And at the same time the development of computer software technology also lets the original software system structure show unreasonable and outdated. The tools of new software development emerge in endlessly. That provides the possibility and technology protection for rapid development of new software. Various types of colleges and universities exploit the types of management software for their own development. This plays an important role for the management of our country.According to the characteristics and the flexible training programs of higher vocational and technical colleges, this condition is bound to bring flexibility in curricula, teaching programs, teaching tasks and also bring the complexness of the monitor of teaching quality. This paper based on the management of whole process of higher vocational and technical colleges, and focused on the training programs and the management of teaching tasks. The system of training programs and teaching task management is the subsystem and the foundation of the process teaching management as well as it is the first-phase management of achieve the whole process teaching management.According to the system structure of software, object-oriented development techniques and the methods of UML modeling etc., this paper introduced development tools and platform of the Visual Studio 2005, Framework2.0, Asp2.0 and DIV & CSS ect. And this paper elaborated the back-end database of SQL Server2005 as the data storage system. In the system requirements analysis, through the discussion about staff patterns and the characteristics, this paper put forward system module and designed the functions of the various functional modules and also planned diagram of the system and similar diagram of training programs, courses, teaching tasks by UML. In the realization of various functions, this paper analyzed the basic information of systems, listed the design of data storage and introduced the method and effectiveness to achieve functionality.The development of Software was realized by the three-tier structure WEB, using Visual Studio2005 as the development platform and letting MS SQL server2005 as back-end database. The software was completed by c #. Net.At last this paper summed up design inadequacies, such as interface design did not have the business standards. The achieve way of functional might not be the most perfect. The data conversion which is in the WEB page data to WORD document format also needed further study. And also this paper pointed out the direction of efforts on future improving training programs and the system of teaching task management.
