Radar equipment working status monitor is an apparatus which can inspect and call the alarm automatically based on a wirless system. The apparatus installed inside the radar carriage detects the status and notes the working hours of the equipments which consited of the radar,when the working hours is bigger than the setted time limit the apparatus give an alarm to remind soldiers of maintenance in order to avoid expense.This apparatus was made up of one mainframe an two extended modules,and can work under - 40℃. The mainframe can accomplish data processing,parameter setting and giving an alarm;the extended modules were designed to collect the working status of the detected device.In the front panel of the mainframe there were six keys and an OLED panel which made up of the man-machine interface.These six keys including direction keys ,backspace key and enter key can be used to accomplish parameter setting. Two pieces of FRAM were used for double preservation of key data;besides, a Single Chip Low Cost Low Power RF Transceiver CC100 was used to accomplish data transportion.At the beginning of this thesis was the development information of apparatus all over the world and the scheme of the radar detector,then mainly introduced that a piece of FPGA and two pieces of SRAM consisted the drive module of the OLED and wireless system based on CC1100 in hardware design of the apparatus.The buildup of the FPGA program, communication protocol of the wireless system, preservation and reading of key data and framework of menu was introduced particularly in this thesis too,problems and how to solve in the debugg process was listed at the end of this thesis.It is concluded that the whole design of the system was reasonable By the using of radar detector in the radar carriage .
