The Research And Development On Wireless Monitor Terminal Of Actuator Based On CDMA System

As the development of the wireless communication system and the great usage of control system in industry,wireless industrial monitor control system is greatly developed and put into usage. In many occasions, in order to have industrial system controlled, it is very necessary to have the processing data as feedback of the system and to send the control command. Conventional wireless monitor control system costs much in establishing and maintaining wireless communication system by user themselve. So, in this paper, a wireless monitor control terminal of actuator based on CDMA system is presented. The terminal uses micro-controller ATmega128 as central unit, DTGS-800 which is controlled by ATmega128 for accessing CDMA system and transfering data between monitor control center and valve controller. Based on this, a new wireless monitor control terminal is presented, also the hardware and software is designed for the terminal. After debuging, the result is running stably as planned.
