Intelligent Vehicle is a comprehensive system that gathers environment perception,planning decisions and automatic Driving. It is based on the rapid development of automotive electronics as the background, covering the Interrelated Knowledge of control, pattern recognition, sensor technology, electronics, electrical, computer, mechanical and other disciplines, is a typical high-tech complex.This article introduced the hardware circuit design, mechanical structure design and system software design of the intelligent vehicle system in detail. On the side of hardware, we based on Freescale MC9S12DGl28 MCU as the system control processor which is mainly composed of the power management module, the path identification module, the speed detection module, the Steering Servo Control Module and rear-wheel motor drive module to complete the relevant circuit design. On the side of mechanism, reliable mechanical system has been designed to ensure the Driving Performance of Intelligent Vehicle. On the side of software, we have completed the main program, rotate speed detecting program, PID control program, motor drivers and servo-driven program.After comparing the various programs, and tested Pertinent Parameters Based on LabVIEW Simulation Platform. The result shows that this intelligent vehicle system can automatically identify the roads which is specially designed,and quickly finish the journey not out of the runway.As a result of the intelligent vehicle system design and production, we have achieved good achievements, but there are still many imperfections which need for further study.
