Nowadays, information warfare is not only the most important aspects in modern high-tech war, but also affects the entire joint campaign in all areas of operations and operational space. And modern warfare is more and more reliance on Military Information Network. Thereby, using disaster recovery technology to keep Military Information Network unobstructed is becoming much more important. Traditional disaster recovery technology is based on the same kinds of networks. When a huge disaster occurs in the network itself, all disaster recovery behavior will fail and that is what the Military Information Network can not accept. Thereby, we need a new disaster recovery technology, which is based on different networks. When one network comes into disaster, data can be transported by other networks. This thesis studies the network disaster recovery & dynamic reconfiguration technology under the Military Information Network. The overall technical schemes on network disaster recovery & dynamic reconfiguration and the design of Network Disaster Recovery & Dynamic Reconfiguration System(NDRDRS) are presented. A disaster monitor technology based on heartbeat technology and three route algorithms based on different indicators are proposed.Specifically, the main work of this thesis is as follows:1) Presents the overall technical schemes on network disaster recovery & dynamic reconfiguration including the general model of network disaster recovery & dynamic reconfiguration, the simplified model, the technical system.2) Based on the overall technical schemes, this thesis designed a NDRDRS, then the detailed design and implementation of the NDRDRS are presented.3) The thesis gives a simulation based on the NDRDRS. And the result of the simulation has proved the feasibility of the overall technical schemes.
