As the technology of Cellular Mobile Communication stepping into the 3G era, 3GPP, IEEE and other standardization organizations are rivalizing for the global standard of the 4th generation of mobile communication with their standards such as LTE-Advanced and WiMAX. Among them, TD-LTE, the evolution of TD-SCDMA, recognized as the global standard of 3.9G, has entered the eye-sight of the public.The dissertation focuses on the long-existed Inter-Cell Interference (ICI) and, firstly, describes three main streams of the technology research of ICI Mitigation: Interference Randomization, Interference Coordination/Avoidance, and Interference Cancellation. Then article comes to analyze the feasibility of these technologies in LTE.This dissertation also analyses, in detail, the technologies that can be applied in LTE such as Scrambling, Interleaving, and Soft Frequency Multiplexing. Among these technologies, the thesis discloses and detrudes the theory of scrambling and Interleaving.In this dissertation, based on the description of the physical layer in LTE protocol, a new algorithm of Inter-cell Interference Coordination/Avoidance is developed- Non-Persist Sounding/Frequency Semi Selective (NPS+FSS) attemperation. The dissertation introduces in depth the core technologies of NPS+FSS, including NPS+FSS attemperation, SRS/CRS sounding, channel estimation and CQI scaling.The dissertation designs and simulates the algorithms of these technologies above. Meanwhile, the paper compares the performances of all methods of channel estimation– not only in AWGN channel model, but also in LTE Rayleigh channel as well - and chooses the best-performance method of channel estimation.The last part of the dissertation finishes the simulation of the whole design of NPS+FSS attemperation technology, and analyses the impact to the ICI.The dissertation is based on TDD-LTE eNodeB Baseband Software Project, which includes application value in a certain degree.
