In recent years,with the urbanization and industrialization process's acceleration, global warming,rainstorm,snowstorm and hurricane are frequently occurred,so people pay more and more concern to the surrounding natural environment.Urban heat island effect is an important issue for urban climatology and urban environmental science,and considered an important factor for urban heat environment.At present, State and Government has attracted this phenomenon.Not only urban heat island effect is changing the urban microclimate, public health, air quality,urban planning structure and urban energy structure ,but also has a great impact for people's daily production and life.This article mainly uses remote sensing techniques, introduces Jinan City three dates remote sensing images in 1997 Landsat TM,2002 Landsat ETM+ and 2005 Landsat TM, and combined with topographic maps, road traffic maps and land-use maps of Jinan, etc, study of the urban heat island based on remote sensing in detail and the application in urban planning.The main content include:First of all,this part intruduces the urban heat island effect's concept,research methods,reasons and influence, elaborates the purpose and significance. Secondly, introduces the theoretical basis of remote sensing date retrieval , algorithm and model,through studying different of land surface temperature retrieval algorithm,such as single-channel algorithm, single-channel multi-angle method, multi-channel multi-angle method, split-window algorithm, single-window algorithm, adoptes the algorithm of this article,which can be divided into three steps: the calculation of radiant temperature, the calculation of surface brightness temperature and surface temperature.Thirdly,by studying the three dates of surface temperature maps in Jinan,the result show that heat core area mainly concentrates the center of Jinan and the eastern of high-tech development zone; outside of the heat core area is special high temperature area, some of which is on both sides of the road and residential areas, etc; Warm area and high temperature area are mainly in suburb,around the water body and the outside of the special high temperature area; Low temperature area mainly distributes in rivers,lakes,parks,wetlands and many regoins which have many plants.Fourthly, by analyzing the three dates of surface temperature maps,emphasis on analysis of spatial pattern of urban thermal field,urban heat island profile,spatial evolution of thermal field in Jinan;The research shows that,with the time changed,on the one hand warm area and low temperature area is gradually replaced by special high temperature area and heat core area, urban heat island effect obviously aggravate, on the other hand the profile line becomes flat, indicating that the temperature difference is decreased between urban and suburban areas year by year.Fifthly,this part takes many plots in Jinan as the studying object,emphatically from urban heat island effect and urban green space, urban land use intensity and structure's correlation,studying urban heat island effect and the relationship between urban planning and construction,the results show that average surface temperature and the green ratio have negative correlation,that is, the higher the value,the lower the temperature; And average surface temperature and the building density ,plot ratio have positive correlation,that is, the higher the value,the higher the temperature.Sixthly,this part proposes countermeasures to mitigate the urban heat island effect,such as:increasing urban's green area, urban's water area,adopting new technology and improving energy efficiency.
