The MAS and ADC technology emerge as the times require, with the rapid development of the computer and communications industry, and the requirement of mobile information to application of industry.MAS is a tool which can assist the original business system to realize the wireless application in enterprise., and after MAS is switch in, the original business system of enterprise can realize wireless application conveniently. ADC is a business of mobile informatization product detrusioned by China Mobile, which aim at minor enterprises and it is belong to the mobile informatization application of industry. These two technologies promote the informatization of application of industry.This paper researches on railway order system which is developed by MAS and electronic order system which is developed by ADC, including the brief introduction of MAS and ADC technology, the environment, target, business process, functional partitioning of MAS railway order system etc. and the framework, function and development scheme of ADC electronic order system. Then through the analysis of the order system which are developed by different technologies, and the operation of these two order systems in the minor enterprises, we propose our opinion of the application development of the order system.In the minor enterprise, the order system which is developed by ADC is fit for coupling to the users relatively. On the base of this situation, we can choose a technology which matches up to the enterprise and reality on the informatization of application of industry, so it can promote the informatization and cost saving at the same time.
