With economic development and people's lifestyle changes, cardiovascular disease has become one of the diseases which threaten to people's healthy and lives. The applications of ECG made great contributions to human health, which also improve and develop the basis research of cardiovascular diseases, clinical diagnosis and treatment. The primary problem of ECG real-time analysis is the detection of QRS waves, and then for further analysis of the other details. This paper uses the wavelet transform to detect the QRS waves. Most of the article using the large-scale coefficients of wavelet transform to analysis the ECG signal on computer, since the problems related with resources of the system platform have to be considered, the small-scale methods was used to find the corresponding relationship for further detection. A new method integral algorithm was used to achieve the detection of P wave and T wave. The extraction of P wave and T wave's start-point and end-point was realized by local-distance-transform method. At last, a simple and effective method was used to identify the shape and amplitude of S-T segment. This paper study for the purpose of develops the portable ECG device, Various problems of the realization with software on the ARM platform need to be considered. This article eventually transplant the algorithms used in the text for the real-time ECG analysis to ARM platform. Testing found that the system is fully meet the need of real-time and with high accuracy when analysis the signal.
