Recently, benefited from the developing information technology, the operational efficiency of human resource management (HRM after here) system has been enhanced greatly; business cycle is reduced, efficiency of business interaction is improved, and it offers powerful data analysis for future decision-making as well.Huge amount of data accumulated during the development process of HRM system is the foundation of HRM system's successful operation .However, many data management systems are designed for one specific application system, which may use relational database, simple text file or new XML type etc. Although, independent data management can bring visible convenience to software development and maintenance, it creates scattered heterogeneous human resource data even in one single institution. As the demand of HRM system develops, data exchange among application systems becomes more important; to implement a specific function, one application system often requires data of their system. Scattered heterogeneous data sources would create the following difficulties for data sharing: Firstly, different systems are independent from each other which creates isolated information islands, it is difficult to satisfy the need of heterogeneous and large-scale application's integration; Secondly, current HR departments also have some shortcomings in their current information systems, such as lack of uniformed plan, normalization and standardization in system-building; Thirdly, access to internet by mobile devices and Java support are being consummated, web services-related technologies and standards is gradually maturing, but current HRM system can not satisfy the access by mobile devices, which strongly limits the efficiency and convenience of system.Research discussion of the paper -- SOA-based HRM system design and application is raised in such background. The research object is based on SOA framework solution of web services technology, raises the application integration solutions to HRM system, designs and researches the application integration platform. Meanwhile, integrates the modules which are suitable to be mobile application parts into web service again, and call these web service by using KJAVA to coding mobile clients, finally create an application framework of mobile edition querying system for clerk. Based on SOA, the paper begins with design of the whole system's requirements, divides the system into several service modules and then realize them, after that, integrates these modules to whole system by certain integration mechanisms. By this way, the software development processes becomes clearer, the system running efficiency is improved, and the software's adaptability and flexibility are also enhanced.
