With the globalization trend of economic and market competition strengthening,personalized needs of customers are increasing. At the same time, Mass Production of Custom-Tailored Apparel is becoming the main production mode in apparel industry. Collaborative Product Commerce (ab. CPC) is a new kind of advanced commerce solution based on the Web, which connected the different users to become a close knowledge network in the life cycle of the product and lay a foundation for Apparel Mass Customization. Researching on Collaborative Product Commerce for Costume and its implementation techniques not only promotes the development of Mass Production of Custom-Tailored Apparel and CPC, but also does it help to improve the innovative capability of garment enterprises and international competitiveness.This thesis begins with the theory of MC, CPC,Data Mining etc, and the current characteristic of our garment industry, which analyzes the mode, related technology and application status of Mass Production of Custom-Tailored Apparel, and researches the theory of Collaborative Product Commerce for Costume(ab,CPCC).Then, the author has studied the CPCC correlation theories and its methods. On the basis of the CPCC theory,the thesis puts forward the apparel product design process, sales process and collaborative framework. According to the technologies of J2EE and Data Mining, the author designs the prototype system for the CPCC based on J2EE. Finally, the author introduces and analyzes the primary function module of the prototype system for the CPCC based on J2EE.This innovative work is mainly reflected in MC and CPC that are introduced to the apparel industry, and brings up the apparel product design process, sales process and collaborative framework. Furthermore, it innovatively adopts an Appraisal of the Improved Advantageous Degree for apparel creative design evaluation.
