Medication Safety, Xicheng District, Electronic Monitoring System Is Constructed

In early 2009,the Beijing Drug Administration Xicheng Bureau(BDA) decide to build a electronic system , in order to make operation simply, and improve the productiveness of working. This system was called"The assistant system of administrative law enforcement". By means of informatization of enforcement procedures, and law enforcement, the control, and it as one of the key work in 2010.This system is an important system of information management in our bureau daily work. For the rapid development of electronic technology, only by the original today manual processing, has not satisfy the current business needs, this system realizes the scientific, standardized, efficiency and accuracy for the registration, circular, pending of the case management business.This paper is how to develop and realize the office assistant system, with J2EE as system frame, based on deeply researching how to realize the effective through electronic supervision of digital, informationization, convenient, for innovation and exploratory research.This thesis mainly includes five parts, discusses the following questions:Part 1, The actual demand of this system. Discusses the system construction, enumerate the e-government application status and development trend, put forward the necessity and significance of this system.Part 2, Based on the feasibility of the system,forward the guiding ideology,principle, and goals of this system construction.Part 3, As the key of this thesis,put forward the general design thought, system framework, and expound the overall solutions.Part 4,Introduces the overall scheme of the implementation process, solve the system implementation, several key problems in the process of the system, elaborated realization function design, construction and test, the system is more complete and reliable.Part 5,Expounds the system application and improvement.
