| There are several basic characteridtics of the modern battle, such as rapid process, exact strike, and serried technology and so on. In order to adapting the variational statuses, each tache of the battle must be changed, including the communication organization and command, and the traditional manner must be transformed thoroughly. However the critical of this manner is actually the only problem of distributing communication equipments, communication network and communication technology efficiently and reasonably, that is how to distribute communication resources.The thesis is writed according to the project Intelligent Auto-Collocation System of Tactical Communication Resource (ITCRCS), which is actually a decision support system based on artificial intelligence. It proves that there is no study about this aspect of ITCRCS before after referring to lots of articles. The main achievements obtained in this paper can be summarized work as follows.Firstly, according to the work request of communication commander, the universal processing model, which realizes the process of distributing resources, is established. Secondly, the model of data memory that is after abstracted is constructed. Thirdly, the knowledge expression method is proposed based on the combination of rules and framework to meet the characteristics of military knowledge.On the basis, the model that is used for knowledge management, access, amendment and alternation is constructerd. Fourthly, the article expatiates the build of reasoning machine in VC++6.0 transferring SQL Server 2000 circumstance. Fifthly, all taches from mission to scheme are realized in Windows enviroment.The system is friendly and convenient to operate, so it assists to consistute schemes of distributing communication resources for commanders rapidly and efficiently. This project has passed the checkup of military technological progressive award by Technology innovation workstation in 2008. |
