With the improving technology of computer graphics, the IT world have emerged in recent years a large number of three-dimensional graphics applications. These programs have a common characteristic, they use computer hardware in high-speed graphics cards, using graphics rendering engine (part of small-scale program does not use the graphics engine) to build belongs to the computer's virtual scene. These virtual scenes lifelike image of the attractive, the industry out of these scenes with the performance of computer simulation technology, called virtual reality technology. At present, the virtual reality application scenario more and more areas in the game, the technology can be fully expresses all kinds of three-dimensional game after another to attract the majority of players in the eye and energy. But unfortunately, the virtual three-dimensional technology is mainly used in games, scientific research, military, and for the application of three-dimensional virtual construction sector is relatively small. Based on this background, we carried out the direction of virtual reality in building applied research, the ultimate goal of aspiring towards a development environment based on Microsoft's DirectX interactive outdoor scenes editor.Research work in this topic is from the pre-market research. Leshan, Sichuan in the real estate developers in-depth understanding and investigation, we have set up this topic, look forward to the completion of pre-basic 3D graphics engine development work, further research work be extended, so that an extension of three-dimensional graphics engine to be able to completing the outdoor scenes editor. The study results can be applied to a landmark show, real estate marketing systems, such as roaming display, combined with the current hot real estate industry, has good market prospects and social influence.At the beginning of the paper,we introduced a popular three-dimensional graphics development tools, and a detailed comparison of the finalization of the Microsoft's DirectX software development kit as a three-dimensional scene development tools. First introduced the pre-development work - 3D graphics engine-related design method, and then describes the realization of the interactive features of the outdoor scene modeling, interface design and implementation process, mainly including the main control class, outdoor scenes to build class, three-dimensional Scene change the design and implementation of the class. Describes the object translation, rotation, scaling the basic coordinate transformation methods, and use the keyboard to control the camera to achieve roaming within a scene of arbitrary methods. Finally the scene of the outdoor display multi-storey mixed-use Alpha ground natural texture fusion method is being instoduced; outdoor scenes in the sky and the ground, rendering method, trees, weather, rendering methods, and simulation method to achieve atomization.After the end of program development, we used the platform of the Leshan Teachers College scene modeling for testing. Test results show that program is running smooth, full-featured and the performance in good.
