With the rapid development of computer technology, computer assisted instruction is being popularized gradually in the whole world, and is closely interrelated with the traditional teaching approaches. Online examination system is not only one of the best ways to separate test from teaching, but also is favorable to increase teaching efficiency. However, in popularizing the program design examination a series of problems still exist, especially the conflicts of multiple pointer and optimization which had occurred under some certain restriction when adopting the traditional intelligence generating test paper strategy will lead to great difficulties in generating test paper. So, developing one type of intelligence generating test paper strategy which is in line with the curriculum characteristics and efficient in generating test paper is of great significance for online examination and even the development of computer-aided education.With reference to substantial literatures both at home and abroad, firstly, the steps and characteristics of generating test paper using the traditional intelligence algorithm were studied comparatively in the paper, and the strengths and weaknesses in testing were summarized as well. Secondly, combined with the features of program design course and some classical online test theories, a characteristic item bank in which users can define test items and modify the difficulty rating automatically was set up. Thirdly, based on the above studies, a new type of generating test paper system was put forward in this paper. After elaborating establishing the mathematical modeling of the strategy and implementing program, the performance testing and brief evaluation was carried out to the algorithm. Then, adopting the generating test paper system, the generating test paper system and online test system which are based on Web platform were built, and the detailed design programs also were come up with. At last, some main functions of the test system were realized, including managing teachers, managing students, establishing item bank, generating test paper, online testing, checking test paper and grading. Besides, the design implementation and usage of the core modules of the system also were elaborated in this paper. The intelligence generating test paper in the program design curriculum examination is mainly studied in this project. This paper's advance is reflected in the following two aspects: one is that it developed the dual-status table control strategy and applied it to Web test system. Another is that it established characteristic database in which users can define the test items and language points, in addition, changing the difficulty rating of the test automatically. In allusion to the weaknesses of the traditional generating test paper, the dual-status table control generating paper strategy was put forward in this paper. The core of the algorithm is the following: by using the standard and redundant target table, after withdrawing one item from the database, the contents of the standard target table will be updated. The redundant target table also will be updated after deleting the redundant items. Then, the system comes to determine whether the current operation meets the requirements or not, and according to the current target, it carries out operations on the test items in batch. The algorithm will operate simultaneously the two target tables, whose state will be observed and coped with in time after withdrawing items anytime; as a result, it was very predictable. Through testing the algorithm could greatly increase efficiency in generating test paper and ensure the intelligence nature in generating test paper with a more obvious effect of random as well.
