With the development of the Xinjiang branch's business of China Telecom, as well as higher request of customer service, how to provide a detailed accounting with accurate and clear information for our customers has become a key problem, especially for some prepaid business.The Bill Query System can not only be used as a tool to provide details for customers, but also enrich the service of Xinjiang branch of China Telecom. Meanwhile, with the integrate storage and management of the detailed accounting, this system provides reference data for income statistics of Xinjiang branch of China Telecom.To achieve this system, besides main function for basic customer request, we should lay heavy stress on high-performance and low cost.Based on an actual Bill Query System, through the analysis for the design and implementation of this project, the paper mainly studies the system structure and some problems which are key points to fulfill this structure.Using B/S model, structured by different functional module, this project do carefully research on the Raid technic for storage application and the managing approach for high-performance mass data storage.Running under Linux environment, by using some open -sourced software, the whole system combined the JavaScript and Linux shell script. This system also implement some specific function by using some practical tool provided by Red hat Linux OS.The main content are as follows:(1) Research of the performance for the Intelligentized Network platform of Xinjiang branch of China Telecom.(2) Developed the Bill Query System for Xinjiang branch of China Telecom.(3) The specific application of Raid technology.(4) Managing approach for the mass data.
