The Design And Realization Of Arrears Reminder System For The Local Network Of Broadband Users

As the increasing number of broadband users of the branch of China Telecom in Shi zuishan, a corresponding increase of arrear customers results in the growing pressure and difficulty in reminding the fees. In order to reduce the company's economic losses and improve the reminder sector's efficiency, this paper aims to solve the deficiency of manual reminder system by developing the users'automatic reminder system to establish a more convenient and modernized management system.The system will automatically dial the user's phone to inform him the exact arrear when the user is near the arrear or the cost overruns. It can also pre-remind the users to pay fees by text messages. This paper describes the business process of the user's arrear automatic reminder system according to software engineering theory and method. It analyzes the system's data diagram, determines the system's overall goal, and derives the system's logic structure and function module. This paper focuses on the key technology and control of this system's development, voice card programming technology, as well as the network and security with its application in practice. The System can solve many problems for the local branch of China Telecom in Shi zuishan, such as the users' untimely charging, the increasing number of arrear users and so on. The idea and technology of the software development have great referent significance to other telecom companies.
