With the rapid development of the socio-economic and the in-depth construction of the legal system, the people highly wish the administrative and law enforcement officials could make full use of the information-based tools to improve the law enforcement capacity, work efficiency and service quality. Herein, we talk about the information-based strategy, and research the information-based technology deeply, attempting to make use of the WCDMA 3G network and VPDN technology to generalize this information-based strategy to the mobile justice field.The mobile enforcement system studied in the paper is based on the universal platform of the mobile enforcement, and combines with the internal system to provide the business data terminal interface and business data for the mobile enforcement terminal applications.The innovations of this system are that the WCDMA 3G network, VPDN technology and the internal system are fully integrated, so that the on-site enforcement response to the processing speed, data security and reliability of streaming are perfectly combined.The successful implementation of the project and application will enable the enforcement officers to use the computer terminals,mobile terminals, telephone terminals and other information terminals and applications to make the interaction and as well as break the limitation of the time and space, as so to achieve the enforce actions wherever and whenever, to effectively improve the efficiency of the city's Cultural Market Enforcement, and to effectively supervise the cultural market. |
