Oa System Based On The Workflow Engine Design And Realization

OA system originate from the traditional manual work,with the development of the enterprise,the originally mode of handling official business is out of time. In a great new era with rapid development of the computer and network technology,the enterprise employ network is more frequently,therefore,OA system depart from network has no future.This paper expatiates the solution on network OA system, First Introduce the general situation of OA system in our country,and descript the key technology in the developing of OA system in detail.Then present some viewpoints to the development of OA system.Based on the OA system,firstly the paper sums up the development of OA system. The related concepts of workflow technology,workflow reference model,the architectures of workflow management system are introduced.Then it studies and analyzes some common methods in the model,workflow management system,it analyzes the Process model,information model, organization model of office automation system so that the office automation system can fit the variety and complexity of the actual business process.Based on the Practical demands workflow engine is designed and implemented. In this paper,database technology is used to store the workflow model and the workflow relative data. The design of database is partly given. Finally,the paper gives the implementation of the office automation system in Part.
